Don’t just be good to others, be good to yourself.
We treat our physical bodies to pampering with hair treatments, massage, nail services, new clothes, you name it! What holds us back from regularly servicing our minds and hearts?
Therapy can help us to release emotional baggage, identify thought patterns that may not serve us, strengthen connections with ourselves and loved ones, and make progress toward personal goals. Make time for your mind, your emotional well being, as these things shape the way we see our worlds. Self care comes in many forms.

If we are not currently in network with your primary insurance provider, FSA eligible “super billing” is available! A superbill is a detailed receipt identifying the medical service received, the applicable diagnosis, and service codes that most insurance companies require to consider the service medically necessary. Clients may voluntarily submit a superbill to their insurer and receive reimbursement for all or some of their out of pocket expenses when their plan offers this benefit. Request a superbill from us when you receive your service!
We recommend checking with your insurance provider for verification of requirements to use your Flexible Spending Accounts as well as your out of network benefit options.
